8. Limitation of Liability

  • TECHGEN GROVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
     
  • Liability for direct damages will not exceed the total value of the services provided.
     

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan.
